We take the ‘grunt work’ out of office processes through smartly engineered software-based routines that help your team deliver value more quickly.
Process mapping
Much like Taiichi Ohno, the founder of just-in-time manufacturing, we adopt the concept that to make valuable process changes, we first need immersion in the environment to gain sufficient understanding. Then, with a good idea of what is actually going, we develop a map as the central point of reference for all activity, or the single source of truth.
Identify inefficiencies
Then we observe the processes taking place and, through an objective lens, examine where inefficiencies are robbing your organisation of value.
Design improvements
We consider better ways of doing what is currently done in those particularly inefficient areas. Perhaps in many cases, coming up with several alternative routes to success. These improvements are typically software-enabled (templates, automations, integrations etc.) and involve staff members adopting new technological tools to effect the change.
Evaluate results against executive goals
Armed with new ways to accomplish goals through these technological tweaks, we pilot the new processes. And once approved for a more ingrained adoption, we then roll out the solution for full effect.
Kaizen (‘good change’)
Universal buy-in and wholehearted use, once approved, should lead to the desired good change. Making projects easier to deliver for staff and more profitable to the business.
